The home enjoys stunning views of the Lane Cove river but was in desperate need of a renovation to allow the owners to fully enjoy the space. This total interior renovation involved a range of design and building work including the ensuite bathroom, walk-in-robe, powder room and main bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen’s colour scheme was kept neutral to allow the stunning natural environment be reflected throughout with the mirrored splashback ensuring the owner could enjoy the views from any angle.
In the adjoining family/lounge room, we added a built-in gas fire surrounded by a stunning feature piece that complements the natural surroundings. The TV cabinet includes a remote function that raises and lowers the television as needed. In the garage, the new epoxy floor gives the space a modern appeal with built-in storage the owners love. The existing floorboards were re-sanded and coated to bring them back to life.
