the footprint to accommodate their multi-generational family better.
After touring another Brindabella whole-home renovation, they had no hesitation in choosing us to manage the full transformation of their new home.
Once the purchase was finalised, we immediately began working with our architectural team to design an extension focused on enhancing the living and alfresco areas. In close collaboration with our clients, we reimagined the floorplan to make better use of the internal layout as well as the backyard — all within the parameters of a complying development. Our experience and network mean we handle all the paperwork, approvals and details, saving you valuable time and stress.
While waiting on final plans and approvals, our interior designer worked closely with the homeowners to shape the design direction — from the front door right through to the back. Thanks to our strong supplier relationships, we were able to efficiently bring together flooring, cabinetry, lighting, wall finishes and bathroom fixtures with minimal delays. Our shared goal was to have the family settled in their new home as soon as construction wrapped.
Our clients also had ideas and specific products they wanted to include. We welcomed their input and coordinated everything seamlessly with our design and build team — all while keeping the project on time and on track.
