A lovely original terrace exudes the charm of days gone by with this perfect bathroom renovation

Location: Rozelle 2039

The main design consideration was to retain as many original features as possible within the new layout and design. For this reason, the original door was retained and the classic trim was re-made using the existing trim as a template. The original ornate ceiling was also kept in place.

It was decided to keep the original plaster wall vent but we used it to hide the exhaust fan which was mounted in the wall cavity behind the vent. This provided the owner with much-needed modern convenience yet concealed the technology behind an original feature, ensure it is unobtrusive within the room.
